The profitability and network he created in that business lead him to open Supreme Legacy Transports, a full-service transportation company. His fleet accounts included the Waldorf Astoria, Starwood Properties, SAP, UBS, JLL, Goldman Sachs, Health Tech Associates, The National Football Association, The National Basketball Players Association, Estiatorio Milos, and Viacom. The genuine relationships Emmanuel built with his clients along with his affinity for real estate, led him to establish Sterling Park Capital. This company focuses on residential and commercial property lending, in urban cities. Sterling Park Properties, a subsidiary of Sterling Park Capital acquires and develops high end, mixed-use, and luxury properties across the US. Emmanuel is also a philanthropist. He co-founded Worldwide Psychos in 2013, which has grown globally. The charitable group boasts members from New York City, Long Island, Florida, California, Arizona, Canada, Europe, and Egypt. The primary goal of the foundation is to allocate human and capital resources to countries that face disasters and also inspire others to give back whenever the opportunity arises. As a native of Trinidad and Tobago Emmanuel now resides in Atlanta, GA with his lovely wife Makaylla and his three wonderful children.

With the application of his skills and experience, Max brought on an additional 200,000 viewers to the cable company, all within his first 90 days. As a result of his exceptional performance, Max was swiftly promoted to Director of Sales. In that position, he implemented a bundle billing program, to combine cable, phone, and internet bills into one, which created a substantial increase in sales. Max was then offered a Sales Director position by Coastal Capital Bank in Long Island, New York. He accepted, but after working with the bank for one year, Max set his sights even higher, and started his own company, Watkins Capital Funding. The company offered commercial, residential, private funding, hard money, business lines of credit, and personalized lines of credit. Throughout his career, Max has funded over $23 million in residential, and over $548 million in Commercial Real Estate. As a result of his success in the financial industry, Max met the President/CEO of Sterling Park Capital. As a key member of our team, Max passionately works on meeting the wants and needs of our customers and strategic partners. Max who was born and raised in New Jersey, now resides in Florida, with his lovely wife Evelyn, and his daughter.
